3. Quotes & Pricing

• Product price labels shown on the Site are indicative ranges, not final quotes.
• A written quote will be provided before any work begins.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary based on site inspection and actual conditions.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

• Service appointments are confirmed within one business day of submission.
• We strive for same-day response for emergency repair calls, subject to technician availability.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a call-out fee for future bookings.

5. Warranties

• All repair work is covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty.
• Equipment installed is covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
• Warranty claims must be reported to us within the warranty period.

6. Use of the Website

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms.
